Coyote Skins
Our version of the traditional favourite. Fried Golden brown pieces of potato skins topped with taco beef, generous helping of our cheese blend, and green onions. Served with a sour cream dip.

Steakhouse Baked Spaghetti and Meat Balls
Ed’s special meat sauce, with meatballs and fresh spaghetti, topped with fresh parmesan cheese. Served with Garlic Toast.
Coyote’s Chicken Alfredo
A charbroiled 7 oz natural chicken breast served over fettuccine in a garlic white wine cream sauce. Served with Garlic toast.
BBQ Rib Platter
